What will happen during a 1:1 Reiki Session?
I have created a warm and relaxing space to offer a beautiful Reiki experience. After an initial consultation I will begin the treatment.
As the practitioner I will place my hands lightly on or above the 7 different energy points, known as chakras, these are located around your head, shoulders, heart, hips, knees, and feet. No massage or heavy touch is involved with Reiki.
I meditate each day, allowing me to be a truly open channel for the Reiki energy to flow to you. My focus is always to perform Reiki for the greater good.
I honour the traditional Usui Reiki linage in which I have been trained in by my Reiki Master. As mentioned, I focus on each of the 7 energy chakras, but I also work intuitively and go where the energy takes me, to ensure you are getting the healing that is right for you.
What to expect in distance Reiki Sessions?
Reiki energy flows where it needs to go. As a level 2 practitioner I have been attuned to use the distance healing symbol, this symbol is used to cross any distance and time if the person is accepting of the energy flow. It allows me as the practitioner to clear energy blockages, just like I do with a face-to-face client, which in the current climate works well for many people.
Distance reiki works in line with a principal that we are all connected, and we can tune in to our energy to heal for the greater good. Invoking the distance reiki symbols allows me to link up to the energy field of my client.
The session can be conducted over the phone or via zoom.
The benefits of distance Reiki
If I resonate with you as a healer but I am either not local to you or you do not feel comfortable doing a session in person. This is a perfect way for me to work with you from the comfort of your own home.
What is past healing and what to expect during a session?
This may blow your mind, but Reiki energy can be sent into the past …. I know right, I thought the same until I felt it first-hand and my mindset made a huge energy shift. Whilst reiki cant physically alter what happened, it will aid in healing old wounds and your previous behaviour conditioning will change for the greater good
Sending reiki healing into the past can help work on things that happened to you and manifest in your behaviour today.
